Working Method

The working out and planning of the candidacy proposal relies on a collective and shared working method, which in addition to the Staff of Ravenna 2019 also involves the Creative Council and personnel assigned to individual projects. At each stage of project development, there are follow ups aimed at monitoring, directing and if necessary recalibrating the planned actions with the established objectives.
